1. Subscription and plans

Stores must subscribe to at least one pricing plan before adding their first product. All packages are billed on a 30-day (monthly) basis. Your subscription period starts on the day you subscribe and runs for 30 days. You can log in, browse settings, and manage your account at any time; adding products and using POS and other modules requires an active subscription as described below.

2. Plan modules and product limits

Plans are defined by product limit tiers (e.g. 1–10, 11–50, 51–150, 500, or Unlimited products) and by included modules. The five main modules are: Basic (POS, Products, Inventory); Customers & Suppliers; Staff Management; Accounting (Ledgers); and Online / E‑commerce (live inventory, orders, shipping). You may not exceed the product limit of your current plan. Overuse of products beyond your plan limit is not allowed and may be restricted until you upgrade.

3. Grace period after expiry

When your subscription expires, you may continue using POS for 5 days (grace period). An alert will be shown at the top of your dashboard informing you that your subscription has expired and asking you to renew. You are encouraged to renew during this period to avoid feature lockout.

4. Lockout after grace

After the 5-day grace period, you can still log in and access Settings, Profile, and the Subscription page, but POS and all other feature modules (products, inventory, orders, customers, staff, accounting, online store, etc.) will be locked until you renew your subscription. You must subscribe to a plan again to unlock these features.

5. Data download and account closure

From 10 days after your subscription expiry, you will be notified that your account will close and you will be asked to download your data. You have until 15 days after expiry to download your data and renew. After 15 days from expiry, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to log in. We recommend exporting or downloading any data you need before the closure date.

6. Plan changes by the platform

The platform administrator may create, edit, activate, and deactivate pricing plans. Plans that have at least one store with an active subscription cannot be deactivated or deleted until those stores switch to another plan or their subscription ends. We may update plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law or our policies.
